What is a Running Assessment?
Often, there’s a fault in your running biomechanics. You may be too much of a heel striker. Your cadence may be too slow, your running posture too upright. Landing on a straight (extended) knee can cause knee pain. If your knee collapses inwards as your heel strike, you may be compressing the structures in your hip, knee or ankle.
At BRH Physios we can perform a detailed running analysis, to assess your running faults. We then give you valuable ’cues’ so that you can correct, retrain and return to running injury free.
