“As an ex-dancer with need for ongoing maintenance of an injury I would highly recommend BRH physiotherapy. I have seen a radical improvement in my condition and also general wellbeing since coming to BRH. The physiotherapists are excellent with experience and excellent care and the staff are fantastic.”

What to Do When You Have an Acute Attack of Back Pain
what to do1

While it’s not always possible to prevent chronic back and neck pain entirely, adopting healthy lifestyle habits and ergonomic practices can help reduce the risk. Additionally, seeking early intervention for acute injuries or discomfort can prevent them from developing into chronic conditions.

Back and neck pain can be managed, but must be assessed by a physiotherapist who will then guide you on the active steps that need to be taken to address this pain. This often includes exercises, stretches, lifestyle changes, addressing ergonomics and more.

Our Step by Step Approach

Prescriptive exercises will be provided during each session and then emailed to you afterwards using the GrooviMovements Physio Software Exercise program, allowing you to easily follow how to perform and progress each exercise.
